Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds/exchange for change of mind. However if your item is faulty or not as described please send us an email with your order number and a photo showing the issue and we will gladly offer you a store credit, exchange or refund.

If damage to product was due to purchaser failing to follow storage instructions, we will not provide a refund. We are not responsible for damage during shipment this is handled through the delivery service which is USPS or UPS
